Lindsay Weissbratten

Lindsay Weissbratten is the Chief Human Resource Officer of Siemens Government Technologies (SGT), Inc., the separate but affiliated U.S. government arm of technology powerhouse Siemens. With project teams across the U.S. and internationally, SGT is a cleared provider of Siemens products, technologies and software to solve some of the most complex government challenges in energy, automation and digitalization.

With more than two decades of experience developing programs and leading effective teams in the nonprofit, commercial software, technology and aerospace & defense industries, Weissbratten leads the central people strategy for SGT in a rapidly evolving federal marketplace. Prior to joining SGT in 2019, Weissbratten served as the Human Capital Leader at the Institute for Building Technology and Safety, where she led talent acquisition, developed training and professional growth programs, and implemented a new learning management system. Before this role, she served as the Vice President of People and Culture at Fidelis Cybersecurity Solutions, where she applied critical surge staffing leadership and developed integration strategies during a period of rapid acquisition and global expansion. From 2005 to 2015, Weissbratten worked at General Dynamics (GD), where she held positions of increasing responsibility, including Senior Manager of Human Resources and Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition. During her time at GD, Weissbratten established new talent acquisition practices and devised best-in-class career and organizational development programs that helped spearhead the integration of talent programming for a diverse commercial product organization.

In 2020, Weissbratten was selected as a finalist for Washington Executive’s inaugural Chief Officer Awards for her ability to adapt to rapidly evolving market conditions and experience in developing career development programs in the government contracting space.

Weissbratten holds a master’s degree in organizational sciences from George Washington University and a bachelor’s degree in sociology from James Madison University. During her academic career, she studied abroad in England, France, Italy, Spain and the Dominican Republic.
