The company was formed in 2000 as a distinct, self−contained entity to address the special requirements of federal contracting and perform federal work. SGS acts as an independent yet affiliated Siemens company and is consequently compliant with all U.S. government contracting regulations.
Today, SGS solutions are at work in all 50 U.S. states and its territories, as well as in 43 foreign countries.
